Superfood's are the natural foods  that are vital to our diets. They aide in weightless, are extremely high in antioxidants,boost your immune system, have disease fighting agents and many more benefits!! Here is a list of the top super foods you should incorporate in your diet!

  1. One of the most important super food is blueberries. Blueberries are on of the berries with the highest amount of antioxidants! they contain a high level of vitamin E, C, B and A, selenium, zinc and iron! Blueberries also boost the immune system and neutralize free radicals.

Another one of my favorites ins salmon. Salmon is very high in protein and omega 3 fatty acids.Omega 3s help your brain and your memory! Salmon also helps repair muscle tissues and contains cancer fighting agents. Salmon contains vitamin A, B And D. Thats a lot of nutrients beneficial for you just by eating a great tasting fish!

Green Tea is a GREAT superfood! If your looking for something to give you plenty of antioxidants drink a cup of this! ( it can cure hangovers!) Green tea fights cancer, heart disease and lowers cholesterol! Green tea also aides in a faster metabolism by helping weightless and helps anti- aging.
