Cardio kickboxing is my favorite cardio exercise there is! This exercise combines martial arts, boxing and aerobics. This total body workout increases strength, balance, coordination and overall teaches you self defense! You can burn between 500-800 calories in just one class!! In this class you will do a mix of kick butt cardio moves and a series of kickboxing skills. Some classes incorporate hand weights and punching bags as well. Since this class is fast paced, an hour goes by very fast, making this exercise less strenuous, it keeps you moving. So if your looking for a new exercise to add to your routine, I definitely recommend giving Cardio Kickboxing a try I promise you'll have fun!!
