I Love to Ride my Bicycle...

Do you like riding bikes? Why not take it up a notch and join a spin class? Spin class has been increasing in popularity. It is a great cardio exercise that targets all your leg muscles including your glutes or other words, toning your butt! You can burn anywhere to 300 - 800 calories, pending on your instructor and length of class. Your instructor will guide you through different intervals of pedal resistance on your bike. My favorite part about spin class is the music my instructor plays, its fun and motivating, making this kick ass exercise one of my favorite workouts!
