Scallops Wrapped in Bacon!

If your a fishy fan then you probably love scallops! There is something about them that is like no other fish in the sea. This paleo snack is perfect for an Easter appetizer or just for yourself because they are that good! If you don't like bacon, no worries. The bacon helps seal in the flavors and gives the scallops a nice smokey flavor. Just un wrap the bacon when they are done and enjoy the scallop!

Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

1 pack of turkey bacon or organic bacon

12 scallops, thawed

12 tooth picks

Take the bacon out of the package and wrap it around each scallop until completely covered. Then secure the bacon with a tooth pick. Set your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with  no stick spray and spread out the bacon wrapped scallops. Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the scallops are fully cooked.

{Makes 12}
