The Easiest Healthy Brownie!

I Love this recipe! Whats better than a quick and easy brownie recipe! I can't think of too many things. These are perfect if your on a health kick or follow a Paleo diet plan! Don't let that word scare you, they are delicious! The cavemen would have loved them!


16 oz of almond butter , Better n Butter or PB2 (lower in calories)
 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
1 cup honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
dark chocolate chips, I use a vegan brand found at Trader Joe's

* I like to add walnuts, almonds or dried blueberries!

Preheat oven to 350. Mix PB, eggs, and honey. Add in cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Fold in  dark chocolate chips. Spread into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let them cool. ENJOY!!!

  1. Hello! This is our second time making these. They are delicious but the mixture doesn't seem to cook thoroughly in the middle. And it also rises over the pan. Is there something I should be doing to avoid that?
