Cookie Dough you can EAT Anytime!

Yes thats right, cookie dough! This recipe dosent use eggs so you can eat this just as dough (don't try baking it, is just for snacking!) It's Saturday, time for a fun sweet snack!

8 oz low fat cream cheese
1c natural peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c sugar, I use stevia reduce serving to 1/3 cup
1c chocolate chips or mini M&M's or even peanut butter chips!
1 c oats
1 tsp vanilla

Mix PB, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth, next add the sugars, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Its that easy! I found that chilling it in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour makes it thicker.

Serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or just eat it by the spoonfulls!
