2 C flaxseed meal
1 C almond butter or natural peanut butter
1/2 sliced almonds
1/4 C cocoa powder
3/4 C mini dark chocolate chips
1/2 can pumpkin
1/2 C stevia or cane sugar
3 egg whites
*Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and spread into a 9x13 sprayed baking dish. Set oven for 350 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
I have to warn you, these brownies are thhhheeeee best creation I have came up with yet! They are sooo moist, chewy and delicous! Don't be fooled, they are also healthy!! Less than 70 calories a brownie.
