Recipe
2-3oz bonless chicken breasts
1 cup chopped broccli
1 cup green and red peppers
1/2 cup chopped brussell sprouts
1/2 shredded carrots
1/2 cup cilantro
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs crushed pepper flakes
1 dash cinnamon
1 tsp cayeene pepper
2 tbs salsa
5-6 Romaine lettuce leaves
1. Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray and pour in olive oil. Cook chicken breast into small pieces
2. Add all the vegetables, cilantro and spices and cook until tender
3. Break off 5- 6 Romaine lettuce leafs and fill with mixture when cooked
4. Top with cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole or any toppings you love, and enjoy!!!
* Sometimes I add nuts on top as well!
