Recipe
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs nutmeg
- 1 or 2 scoops whey protein powder chocolate or vanilla

I like to add fruit and Better n Butter peanut butter on top of mine! Feel free to add almonds or your favorite butter. If you like sweeter pancakes you may want to add maple syrup or stevia.
1 | Combine eggs, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, cottage cheese, sugar and protein in blender. |
2 | Pour in cut up fruit. |
3 | Spray nonstick skillet & heat on medium. |
4 | Pour 1 large pancake. |
5 | Let bubble on outer edges & flip (watch carefully as they could burn). |
6 | Cook until done on both sides. |
7 | Serve with butter and syrup. |
