Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Mini Muffins
2 c gluten free oats
1 c Natural Pb
2 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c cocoa nibs
2 egg whites
1tsp baking powder
1/3 c sliced almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c almond milk
2 scoops chocolate whey (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and place mix into mini muffin tins. ( can be made into cookies as well, just spoon onto a cookie sheet). Heat oven to 350 and cook for 15-20 minutes or until they are lightly brown. Enjoy!
*makes about 20 mini muffins, 10 big muffins or 25 cookies
